본 개인정보처리방침은 개발자 '복군'이 Google Play에 게시한 안드로이드 앱 '24시 약국 찾기'에 적용됩니다.
24시 약국 찾기 ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. The App has no account or login and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
If you allow it, the App asks Android for your current location once when you open it or tap the location button. The coordinates are used only in the App's memory to compute the distance to nearby pharmacies. They are never written to storage, never sent to our servers (we have none), and never sent to analytics. Pharmacy data is downloaded for your whole province, so no location is sent even to request data. The App does not use background location.
If you deny the permission, you can still use every feature by choosing a province and district from a list.
The optional map view uses the NAVER Map SDK provided by NAVER Cloud Corporation. To draw the map, the SDK downloads map images for the area shown on screen from NAVER's servers; when the map is centered on your position, this reveals the approximate area you are viewing. The SDK may also send technical information needed to operate the service (for example, the app's package name for authentication, device model, OS version, network type, and IP address), handled under NAVER Cloud's privacy policy (https://privacy.navercloudcorp.com/ko/ncp/PrivacyPolicy/ncp-p). The App does not give your coordinates to the SDK as a location source — it only draws your position marker itself. If you do not open the map view, nothing is sent to NAVER.
Uninstalling the App deletes all of the above. Your current location is not stored.
The App shows a banner at the bottom of the screen and, occasionally, a full-screen ad, served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (ADID) and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
Your GPS coordinates are never given to the advertising SDK. The location handling described above is unchanged: your position stays on your phone and is used only to sort pharmacies by distance.
In the European Economic Area and the UK, a consent form is shown before any ad is requested, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can reopen it at any time from App info → 광고 개인정보 설정 (Ad privacy settings) inside the App. Outside those regions the form is not shown and the link is hidden.
A full-screen ad appears only when you open a pharmacy's details, and not every time. No ad is attached to the call button or the map buttons, so nothing stands between you and a pharmacy when you are in a hurry. If an ad fails to load or is blocked, every feature still works exactly the same.
We combine these sources once a week and publish the result on GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com). The App only downloads that file; no personal information is sent with the request. The App does not operate its own server or database. The App is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any government agency.
A pharmacy's phone number opens your dialer with the number filled in (never dialed automatically). The map buttons open Naver Map or Kakao Map with the pharmacy's location (not yours). Once you leave the App, the privacy policy of that app or website applies.
Data collected by the following Google services is processed by Google LLC (located in the United States) under its own privacy policy:

The App requests no camera, contacts, storage, or phone-call permission, and no background location.
Opening hours are the hours reported by each pharmacy to public databases and may differ from reality (holidays, rotating duty, temporary closures). The App is an information aid; please call the pharmacy before visiting.
We do not store personal identification information. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google's data retention policy and deleted automatically afterwards. Uninstalling the App stops all further data collection and removes locally stored data.
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

24시 약국 찾기(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 사용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
사용자가 허용하면, 앱을 열거나 위치 버튼을 누를 때 안드로이드에 현재 위치를 한 번 요청합니다. 이 좌표는 가까운 약국까지의 거리를 계산하는 데에만 앱 메모리 안에서 쓰이며, 기기에 저장하지 않고, 서버로 보내지 않으며(서버가 없습니다), 분석 도구로도 보내지 않습니다. 약국 데이터는 시·도 단위로 통째로 받기 때문에 데이터를 요청할 때에도 위치가 전송되지 않습니다. 백그라운드 위치는 사용하지 않습니다.
위치 권한을 거부하셔도 시·도와 시·군·구를 목록에서 골라 모든 기능을 쓰실 수 있습니다.
선택 기능인 지도 화면은 네이버클라우드㈜의 네이버 지도 SDK를 사용합니다. 지도를 그리기 위해 SDK가 화면에 보이는 지역의 지도 이미지를 네이버 서버에서 내려받으며, 지도가 내 위치를 중심으로 보일 때에는 보고 있는 대략적인 지역이 드러납니다. 또한 서비스 운영에 필요한 기술 정보(인증을 위한 앱 패키지명, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 네트워크 종류, IP 주소 등)가 전송될 수 있으며, 이는 네이버 클라우드의 개인정보처리방침(https://privacy.navercloudcorp.com/ko/ncp/PrivacyPolicy/ncp-p)에 따라 처리됩니다. 앱은 현재 위치 좌표를 SDK의 위치 소스로 넘기지 않으며, 내 위치 표시는 앱이 직접 그립니다. 지도 화면을 열지 않으면 네이버로 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 모두 함께 삭제됩니다. 현재 위치는 저장하지 않습니다.
앱은 화면 아래에 배너 광고를 표시하고, 간헐적으로 전면 광고를 표시합니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 송출하며, 광고 송출·성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID(ADID)와 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 위치가 사용될 수 있습니다.
GPS 좌표는 광고 SDK에 전달되지 않습니다. 위에 적은 위치 처리 방식은 그대로입니다 — 현재 위치는 휴대폰 안에 머물며 가까운 약국을 거리순으로 정렬하는 데에만 쓰입니다.
유럽경제지역·영국에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 안에서 앱 정보 → 광고 개인정보 설정으로 언제든 다시 열 수 있습니다. 그 외 지역에서는 동의 화면과 이 링크가 나타나지 않습니다.
전면 광고는 약국 상세를 열 때만, 그것도 매번이 아니라 가끔 표시됩니다. 전화 버튼과 길찾기 버튼에는 광고를 붙이지 않습니다 — 급할 때 사용자와 약국 사이를 광고가 가로막지 않게 하기 위해서입니다. 광고를 받지 못하거나 광고가 차단된 경우에도 앱의 모든 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.
위 자료를 매주 한 번 맞춰 본 결과를 GitHub(raw.githubusercontent.com)에 게시하고, 앱은 그 파일만 내려받습니다. 요청에 개인정보는 담기지 않습니다. 본 앱은 자체 서버나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 정부·공공기관이 운영하거나 제휴·보증한 앱이 아닙니다.
약국 전화번호를 누르면 번호가 채워진 전화 화면만 열리며 자동으로 걸리지 않습니다. 지도 버튼은 네이버 지도·카카오맵에 약국의 위치(사용자 위치가 아님)를 넘겨 엽니다. 앱을 벗어난 뒤에는 해당 앱·웹사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
아래 Google 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 Google LLC(미국 소재)가 운영하는 서버에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다.
그 외 제3자에게 정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

본 앱은 카메라·연락처·저장소·전화걸기 권한과 백그라운드 위치를 요구하지 않습니다.
운영시간은 각 약국이 공공 데이터베이스에 신고한 시간으로, 명절·교대 당번·임시 휴무 등으로 실제와 다를 수 있습니다. 본 앱은 안내를 돕는 도구이므로 방문 전 약국에 전화로 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 수집된 통계·오류 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 정보 수집이 중단되고 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
