1. English Version

Introduction

장날알리미 ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. The App has no account or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Information Stored On Your Device Only

• Favorite Markets: Traditional markets you mark as favorites are stored in a local database on your device.
• Notification & Widget Settings: Market-day reminder settings and home-screen widget configuration are stored locally.
• Market Cache: Market data fetched from public sources is cached on your device for offline viewing.

Location Information

The App uses your location only while the App is open, to find markets near you and to show distances. Your coordinates are not stored on your device, are never sent to our servers, and are never included in analytics data. Denying location permission only means you browse or search markets manually.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

• Usage Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve our service. It automatically collects an app instance ID and usage events such as screen views, which market types are opened and from where (list, map, calendar, favorites), favorite actions, launching navigation, and phone calls to a market. Market coordinates and addresses are not collected; for search, only the length of the query is recorded.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location (derived from your IP address) to serve and measure ads.
• Kakao Map SDK: The map screen is rendered using the Kakao Map SDK, which may process map-related requests under Kakao's own privacy policy.

Public Data Sources

• 공공데이터포털 (data.go.kr) / odcloud.kr — traditional market standard data (소상공인시장진흥공단)

Only a request for market data is sent; no personal information is transmitted. When you start navigation, the selected market's coordinates are handed to the navigation app you choose (e.g., Kakao Navi, Naver Map, T Map), after which that app's own privacy policy applies.

Third-Party Services & International Transfer

Data collected by the following Google services is processed by Google LLC (located in the United States) under its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — ad serving
• Google Analytics for Firebase — usage statistics

We do not sell or share your information with any other third parties.

Permissions Used

All of these are optional. Denying them disables only the related feature.

Data Retention

We do not store personal identification information. Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention policy and is automatically deleted afterwards. Uninstalling the App immediately stops all further data collection and removes locally stored data.

Your Choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: Device Settings → Google → Ads
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad personalization settings
• Revoke location or notification permission in device settings at any time
• Request deletion of collected analytics data by contacting us below

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

개요

장날알리미(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 사용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

기기 내부에만 저장되는 정보

• 즐겨찾기 시장: 사용자가 즐겨찾기한 전통시장은 기기 내부 데이터베이스에만 저장됩니다.
• 알림·위젯 설정: 장날 알림 설정과 홈 화면 위젯 구성은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
• 시장 캐시: 공공데이터에서 받아온 시장 정보는 오프라인 열람을 위해 기기에 캐시됩니다.

위치 정보

위치 정보는 앱을 사용하는 동안에만 주변 시장을 찾고 거리를 표시하는 데 사용됩니다. 좌표는 기기에 저장하지 않고, 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않으며, 분석 데이터에도 담지 않습니다. 권한을 거부하시면 시장을 직접 검색하거나 목록에서 찾아보실 수 있습니다.

제3자 서비스를 통해 수집되는 정보

• 사용 통계 (Google Analytics for Firebase): 앱 이용 현황을 파악하고 서비스를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 앱 인스턴스 ID와 화면 조회, 어떤 유형의 시장을 어디에서 열어보았는지(목록·지도·달력·즐겨찾기), 즐겨찾기 등록·해제, 길찾기 실행, 시장 전화 연결 등의 이벤트가 자동으로 수집됩니다. 시장의 좌표와 주소는 수집하지 않으며, 검색의 경우 입력 길이만 기록합니다.
• 광고 (Google AdMob): 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, 광고 송출 및 성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID(ADID)와 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반)가 사용될 수 있습니다.
• 카카오맵 SDK: 지도 화면은 카카오맵 SDK로 표시되며, 지도 관련 요청은 카카오의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.

공공데이터 출처

• 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr) / odcloud.kr — 전통시장 표준데이터(소상공인시장진흥공단)

시장 데이터 요청만 전송되며 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다. 길찾기를 실행하면 선택한 시장의 좌표가 사용자가 고른 내비게이션 앱(카카오내비·네이버지도·T맵 등)으로 전달되며, 이후에는 해당 앱의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

제3자 서비스 및 국외 이전

아래 Google 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 Google LLC(미국 소재)가 운영하는 서버에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다.

그 외 제3자에게 정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

앱 접근 권한

위 권한은 모두 선택 사항이며, 거부하시는 경우 해당 기능만 비활성화됩니다.

데이터 보유 기간 및 파기

본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 수집된 통계 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 새로운 정보 수집이 즉시 중단되고 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.

이용자의 권리

• 광고 식별자 재설정·삭제: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고
• 맞춤 광고 수신 거부: 기기 설정의 광고 개인 최적화 옵션
• 위치·알림 권한 철회: 기기 설정에서 언제든 가능
• 수집된 분석 데이터의 삭제 요청: 아래 문의처로 요청 시 지체 없이 처리

아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
