This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app "Global Size Guide" published on Google Play by the developer 복군.
본 개인정보처리방침은 개발자 '복군'이 Google Play에 게시한 안드로이드 앱 'Global Size Guide'에 적용됩니다.

1. English Version

Introduction

Global Size Guide ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The App has no account or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Information Stored On Your Device Only

• My Size settings: The measurements and sizes you save with the "Save My Size" feature are stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences) and are never transmitted to our servers.
• Language preference: Your selected display language is stored locally so the App can remember it.
• Size conversion data: All brand and country size charts are bundled with the App. Conversions run entirely on your device, so what you look up is never sent anywhere.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

• Usage Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve our service. It automatically collects an app instance ID and usage events such as screen views and feature usage (e.g., which size category, garment type, or country was selected). We do not collect your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information through analytics. Analytics collection follows your consent choice (see "Your Choices" below).
• Advertising (Google AdMob): The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID, device information (model, OS version), approximate location (derived from your IP address), and app usage data to serve and measure ads. The App itself does not request device location permission.

The body measurements you enter are never transmitted. Analytics events record which category, garment type, or country you selected — never the measurement values themselves, and never anything that identifies you.

Consent (applicable regions)

For users in regions where relevant laws apply, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the App requests consent for the collection and use of personal data via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) on first launch. If you do not consent, the advertising and analytics collection described above is limited or made non-personalized.

Permissions Used

• INTERNET — loading advertisements (AdMob) and sending analytics events
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — checking network connectivity before handling ads

The App requests no other permissions. It does not access your camera, photos, contacts, or device location.

Third-Party Services & International Transfer

Data collected by the following Google services is processed by Google LLC (located in the United States) under its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — ad serving
• Google Analytics for Firebase — usage statistics

We do not sell or share your information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We do not store personal identification information. Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention policy and is automatically deleted afterwards. Uninstalling the App immediately stops all further data collection and removes locally stored data, including your saved sizes.

Your Choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: Device Settings → Google → Ads
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad personalization settings, or through the consent dialog shown in the App
• Request deletion of collected analytics data by contacting us below

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The infant and children's size categories in the App are provided for the convenience of parents and guardians; no information is collected from children.

개요

Global Size Guide(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 사용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

기기 내부에만 저장되는 정보

• 내 사이즈 설정: "내 사이즈 저장" 기능으로 저장한 치수·사이즈는 기기 내부(SharedPreferences)에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 언어 설정: 선택한 표시 언어를 유지하기 위해 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
• 사이즈 변환 데이터: 브랜드·국가별 사이즈 표는 앱에 포함되어 있으며 변환은 전부 기기 안에서 이뤄집니다. 무엇을 조회했는지는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

제3자 서비스를 통해 수집되는 정보

• 사용 통계 (Google Analytics for Firebase): 앱 이용 현황을 파악하고 서비스를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 앱 인스턴스 ID와 화면 조회, 기능 사용 이벤트(예: 선택한 사이즈 카테고리·의류 종류·국가)가 자동으로 수집됩니다. 이름, 이메일 등 사용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 통계 수집은 앱에서 선택한 동의 여부에 따릅니다(아래 "이용자의 권리" 참고).
• 광고 (Google AdMob): 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, 광고 송출 및 성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID(ADID), 기기 정보(모델·OS 버전), 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반), 앱 사용 데이터가 사용될 수 있습니다. 앱 자체는 기기 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

사용자가 입력한 신체 치수 값은 전송되지 않습니다. 통계 이벤트에는 어떤 카테고리·의류 종류·국가를 선택했는지만 담기며, 치수 값 자체나 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보는 담지 않습니다.

동의 (해당 지역)

유럽 경제 지역(EEA), 영국 등 관련 법령이 적용되는 지역의 사용자에게는 앱 최초 실행 시 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 통해 개인정보 수집·이용에 대한 동의를 요청합니다. 동의하지 않으면 위 광고·분석용 데이터 수집이 제한되거나 비개인화됩니다.

앱이 사용하는 권한

데이터 보유 기간 및 파기

본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 수집된 통계 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 새로운 정보 수집이 즉시 중단되고, 저장해 둔 내 사이즈를 포함해 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.

이용자의 권리

• 광고 식별자 재설정·삭제: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고
• 맞춤 광고 수신 거부: 기기 설정의 광고 개인 최적화 옵션 또는 앱에서 표시되는 동의 창
• 수집된 분석 데이터의 삭제 요청: 아래 문의처로 요청 시 지체 없이 처리

아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세(국내 기준 만 14세) 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 앱 내 영유아·아동 사이즈 카테고리는 보호자의 편의를 위한 기능으로, 아동을 대상으로 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
