This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app "동네복지" published on Google Play by the developer 복군.
본 개인정보처리방침은 개발자 '복군'이 Google Play에 게시한 안드로이드 앱 '동네복지'에 적용됩니다.
동네복지 ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. The App has no account or login and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
The following is written to your device's private app storage and is never transmitted anywhere. It is not backed up to our servers, not included in analytics, and not visible to us.
Uninstalling the App deletes all of the above.
The App shows a banner at the bottom of the screen and, occasionally, a full-screen ad, served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (ADID) and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
🚨Your setup answers are never used for advertising. Your birth year, household size, target groups, and whether you receive public assistance stay in your device's private storage — they are not sent to the ad SDK, not used to target ads, and not shared with anyone.
No ad appears on the setup screens ("내 정보") or the area picker. Those are the screens where you tell us about your situation, and we do not put advertising in front of them. Banners appear on the program list, the program details, and the app info screen only.
A full-screen ad appears only when you open a program's details, and not every time. If an ad fails to load or is blocked, every feature still works exactly the same.
In the European Economic Area and the UK, a consent form is shown before any ad is requested, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can reopen it at any time from 앱 정보 → 광고 개인정보 설정 (Ad privacy settings) inside the App. Outside those regions the form is not shown and the link is hidden.
Only a request for program data is sent; no personal information is transmitted with it. The App does not operate its own server or database.
A program's detail screen may offer a link to its official 정부24 page (opened in your browser) or a phone number (opened in your dialer, never dialed automatically). Once you leave the App, the privacy policy of that website or app applies.
Data collected by the following Google services is processed by Google LLC (located in the United States) under its own privacy policy:

The App requests no location, camera, contacts, storage, or phone-call permission. Tapping a phone number opens your dialer with the number filled in; placing the call is always your action.
Program information comes from Korean government open data and is summarized for readability. It may be out of date or incomplete, and eligibility is finally determined by the responsible government office. The App is an information aid, not an official determination; always confirm with the linked 정부24 page or the listed office.
We do not store personal identification information. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google's data retention policy and deleted automatically afterwards. Uninstalling the App immediately stops all further data collection and removes locally stored data.
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

동네복지(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 사용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
아래 정보는 기기의 앱 전용 저장소에만 기록되며 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자가 볼 수 없고, 분석 데이터에도 담기지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 모두 함께 삭제됩니다.
앱은 화면 아래에 배너 광고를 표시하고, 간헐적으로 전면 광고를 표시합니다. 광고는 Google AdMob이 송출하며, 광고 송출·성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID(ADID)와 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 위치가 사용될 수 있습니다.
🚨처음에 답하신 내용은 광고에 이용되지 않습니다. 태어난 해·가구원 수·해당되는 대상 구분·수급 여부는 기기 내부 저장소에만 남으며, 광고 SDK로 전달되지 않고 광고 타게팅에 쓰이지 않으며 누구에게도 제공되지 않습니다.
'내 정보'를 묻는 화면과 지역 선택 화면에는 광고를 넣지 않았습니다. 자신의 처지를 답하는 자리 앞에 광고를 두지 않기 위해서입니다. 배너는 제도 목록·제도 상세·앱 정보 화면에만 나옵니다.
전면 광고는 제도 상세를 열 때만, 그것도 매번이 아니라 가끔 표시됩니다. 광고를 받지 못하거나 광고가 차단된 경우에도 앱의 모든 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.
유럽경제지역·영국에서는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP) 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 안에서 앱 정보 → 광고 개인정보 설정으로 언제든 다시 열 수 있습니다. 그 외 지역에서는 동의 화면과 이 링크가 나타나지 않습니다.
제도 데이터를 받아오는 요청만 전송되며 개인정보는 함께 전송되지 않습니다. 본 앱은 자체 서버나 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
제도 상세 화면에서 정부24 원문 페이지(브라우저)나 담당 기관 전화번호(전화 앱)를 열 수 있습니다. 전화는 자동으로 걸리지 않고 번호가 입력된 화면만 열립니다. 앱을 벗어난 뒤에는 해당 웹사이트·앱의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
아래 Google 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 Google LLC(미국 소재)가 운영하는 서버에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다.
그 외 제3자에게 정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

본 앱은 위치·카메라·연락처·저장소·전화걸기 권한을 요구하지 않습니다. 전화번호를 누르면 번호가 채워진 전화 화면만 열리며, 실제 통화 연결은 언제나 사용자의 선택입니다.
제도 정보는 정부 공공데이터를 읽기 쉽게 정리한 것으로, 시점에 따라 최신이 아니거나 일부 내용이 빠져 있을 수 있습니다. 지원 대상 여부는 최종적으로 담당 기관이 판단합니다. 본 앱은 안내를 돕는 도구일 뿐 공식 판정이 아니므로, 신청 전 정부24 원문이나 표시된 담당 기관으로 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 수집된 통계·오류 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 새로운 정보 수집이 즉시 중단되고 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
