This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app "Bob Pick" (밥픽) published on Google Play by the developer 복군.
본 개인정보처리방침은 개발자 '복군'이 Google Play에 게시한 안드로이드 앱 '밥픽'(Bob Pick)에 적용됩니다.

1. English Version

Introduction

Bob Pick ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The App is a random menu picker that helps you decide what to eat. It has no account or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Information Stored On Your Device Only

• Menu List & Settings: Your custom menu list, categories, pick history, and preferences (vibration, shake-to-pick) are stored locally on your device (app sandbox) using Android SharedPreferences. This data is never transmitted to our servers.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

• Usage Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve our service. It automatically collects an app instance ID and usage events such as screen views and feature usage (e.g., starting a pick, confirming a result, adding or editing a menu, sharing a result). We do not collect your name, email address, or any other directly identifying information through analytics.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): The App shows banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location (derived from your IP address) to serve and measure ads. The App itself does not request device location permission.

Third-Party Services & International Transfer

Data collected by the following Google services is processed by Google LLC (located in the United States) under its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — ad serving
• Google Analytics for Firebase — usage statistics

We do not sell or share your information with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We do not store personal identification information. Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention policy and is automatically deleted afterwards. Uninstalling the App immediately stops all further data collection and removes locally stored data.

Your Choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: Device Settings → Google → Ads
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad personalization settings
• Request deletion of collected analytics data by contacting us below

App Permissions

The App requests only the Internet access required to display ads (Google AdMob) and the Vibrate permission used for haptic feedback during the roulette. It does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, location, contacts, or external storage.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

개요

밥픽(Bob Pick, 이하 "앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 무엇을 먹을지 무작위로 골라주는 메뉴 추천 앱으로, 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 사용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

기기 내부에만 저장되는 정보

• 메뉴 목록 및 설정: 사용자가 만든 메뉴 목록, 카테고리, 뽑기 기록, 설정(진동·흔들어서 뽑기)은 Android SharedPreferences를 통해 기기 내부(앱 샌드박스)에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

제3자 서비스를 통해 수집되는 정보

• 사용 통계 (Google Analytics for Firebase): 앱 이용 현황을 파악하고 서비스를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 앱 인스턴스 ID와 화면 조회, 기능 사용 이벤트(예: 뽑기 시작, 결과 확정, 메뉴 추가·수정, 결과 공유)가 자동으로 수집됩니다. 이름, 이메일 등 사용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
• 광고 (Google AdMob): 앱은 Google AdMob의 배너 및 전면 광고를 표시하며, 광고 송출 및 성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID(ADID)와 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반)가 사용될 수 있습니다. 앱 자체는 기기 위치 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

제3자 서비스 및 국외 이전

아래 Google 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 Google LLC(미국 소재)가 운영하는 서버에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다. 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리에 관한 자세한 내용은 링크에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

데이터 보유 기간 및 파기

본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 수집된 통계 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 새로운 정보 수집이 즉시 중단되고 기기에 저장된 데이터(메뉴 목록·기록 등)도 함께 삭제됩니다.

이용자의 권리

• 광고 식별자 재설정·삭제: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고
• 맞춤 광고 수신 거부: 기기 설정의 광고 개인 최적화 옵션
• 수집된 분석 데이터의 삭제 요청: 아래 문의처로 요청 시 지체 없이 처리

앱 권한

본 앱은 광고 표시(Google AdMob)를 위한 인터넷 접속 권한과 룰렛 진동(햅틱)에 사용되는 진동 권한만 요청하며, 카메라·위치·연락처·저장소 등 민감한 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
