This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app "동네배움터 알리미" published on Google Play by the developer 복군.
본 개인정보처리방침은 개발자 '복군'이 Google Play에 게시한 안드로이드 앱 '동네배움터 알리미'에 적용됩니다.

1. English Version

Introduction

동네배움터 알리미 ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. The App has no account or login and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Information Stored On Your Device Only

• Favorite Courses: Lifelong-learning courses you mark as favorites are stored in a local database on your device.
• Region & Age Preferences: Your selected region and age group, used to filter courses, are stored locally.
• Notification & Widget Settings: Reminder settings and D-day widget configuration are stored locally.
• Course Cache: Course data fetched from public sources is cached on your device for offline viewing.

Location Information

The App may request approximate location permission for a single purpose: to pre-select your region so you do not have to pick it manually. The resulting region name (e.g., a city or district) is stored on your device. Coordinates are not stored and are never transmitted to our servers or included in analytics. Denying this permission only means you select your region manually.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

• Usage Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve our service. It automatically collects an app instance ID and usage events such as screen views, which types of courses are opened (target audience, operating institution, free/paid), favorite actions, and whether a course's homepage or phone number was opened. Your selected region and age group are recorded as non-identifying user properties so that usage can be analyzed by area. Course titles and search terms are not collected — for search, only the length of the query is recorded.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location (derived from your IP address) to serve and measure ads.

Public Data Sources

• 공공데이터포털 (data.go.kr) — nationwide lifelong-learning course open API
• Course reference data hosted on GitHub

Only a request for course data is sent; no personal information is transmitted. Course locations may be opened in Kakao Map through your browser, in which case Kakao's own privacy policy applies.

Third-Party Services & International Transfer

Data collected by the following Google services is processed by Google LLC (located in the United States) under its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — ad serving
• Google Analytics for Firebase — usage statistics

We do not sell or share your information with any other third parties.

Permissions Used

Location and notification permissions are optional. Denying them disables only the related feature.

Data Retention

We do not store personal identification information. Analytics data is retained according to Google's data retention policy and is automatically deleted afterwards. Uninstalling the App immediately stops all further data collection and removes locally stored data.

Your Choices

• Reset or delete your advertising ID: Device Settings → Google → Ads
• Opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad personalization settings
• Revoke location or notification permission in device settings at any time
• Request deletion of collected analytics data by contacting us below

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

개요

동네배움터 알리미(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 사용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

기기 내부에만 저장되는 정보

• 관심 강좌: 사용자가 관심으로 등록한 평생학습 강좌는 기기 내부 데이터베이스에만 저장됩니다.
• 지역·연령대 설정: 강좌를 걸러내기 위해 선택한 지역과 연령대는 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
• 알림·위젯 설정: 알림 설정과 D-day 위젯 구성은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
• 강좌 캐시: 공공데이터에서 받아온 강좌 목록은 오프라인 열람을 위해 기기에 캐시됩니다.

위치 정보

본 앱은 대략적 위치 권한을 요청할 수 있으며, 용도는 한 가지입니다 — 사용자가 지역을 직접 고르지 않아도 되도록 거주 지역을 미리 선택해 주기 위함입니다. 확인된 지역명(시·군·구)만 기기에 저장되며, 좌표는 저장하지 않고 외부 서버로 전송하거나 분석 데이터에 담지 않습니다. 권한을 거부하시면 지역을 직접 선택하시면 됩니다.

제3자 서비스를 통해 수집되는 정보

• 사용 통계 (Google Analytics for Firebase): 앱 이용 현황을 파악하고 서비스를 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 이를 통해 앱 인스턴스 ID와 화면 조회, 어떤 종류의 강좌를 열어보았는지(교육 대상·운영기관·유무료), 관심 등록·해제, 운영기관 홈페이지나 전화 연결 여부 등의 이벤트가 자동으로 수집됩니다. 선택하신 지역·연령대는 지역별 이용 현황 분석을 위해 비식별 사용자 속성으로 기록됩니다. 강좌명과 검색어는 수집하지 않으며, 검색의 경우 입력 길이만 기록합니다.
• 광고 (Google AdMob): 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시하며, 광고 송출 및 성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 ID(ADID)와 대략적인 위치(IP 주소 기반)가 사용될 수 있습니다.

공공데이터 출처

• 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr) — 전국평생학습강좌 표준데이터 오픈 API
• GitHub에 게시된 강좌 보조 데이터

강좌 데이터 요청만 전송되며 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다. 강좌 장소를 카카오맵으로 여는 경우 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

제3자 서비스 및 국외 이전

아래 Google 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 Google LLC(미국 소재)가 운영하는 서버에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다.

그 외 제3자에게 정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

앱 접근 권한

데이터 보유 기간 및 파기

본 앱은 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 수집된 통계 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 새로운 정보 수집이 즉시 중단되고 기기에 저장된 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.

이용자의 권리

• 광고 식별자 재설정·삭제: 기기 설정 → Google → 광고
• 맞춤 광고 수신 거부: 기기 설정의 광고 개인 최적화 옵션
• 위치·알림 권한 철회: 기기 설정에서 언제든 가능
• 수집된 분석 데이터의 삭제 요청: 아래 문의처로 요청 시 지체 없이 처리

아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
